conscience

conscience is existing in everybody's inner part, but not everyone can find it and
use it properly. People sometimes do evil things to others just because something more powerful depresses their conscience. I always believe everyone was born kind-hearted.
Last Saturday, a thief slipped in our dormitory and stole all that she could take away. It was really very sensational. Who can slip into a room without breaking our door or windows? Who can take away so many things in just a few minutes? I'm sure you won't find out all those things in just 5 minutes if I let you to my room to look for them. Without any doubts, the thief is a professional one! But how can she let herself do such things? Won't she feel a little uneasy? Let's suppose, if her valuable things are stolen by others, what kinds of feeling will fall on her? Happy? Exciting? Of course not! She must be very worried and upset on the moment she knows the news! Similarly, after she took away our things, we felt very uncomfortable. We found things crazily, but nothing can be done since it's too late. A Professional thief? How many things on earth has she stolen? How many people have been hurted because of her? The number is not in our calculation. Where is her conscience? Won't she be condemned by her conscience? The desire for material is so large as to depress her conscience? Isn't she afraid of being casted aside by people? What our society needs is truth,kind,and beauty! All the evil things must be removed from it, because conscience is exactly existing in everybody's heart and most people are kind.
Our students may give the mobile phone which they picked up back to its owner. Most of them won't do evil things and even do what they can to help others. They won't do anything that is immoral not because they are college students but because they can follow their conscience. The number of thief is always much less than kind-hearted people. The function of conscience is working for most of us!
Dear thief, I think you are not born evil . You can find your conscience and stop doing what you are doing now. Angel will win in the battle with evil!
