Actually, I did't want to say anything about the experience of donation in the ICBC. However, as more as I look back it, the anger in my heart firing more fiercely.
The other day, I went to ICBC to donate 200 yuan to the Red Cross，and the bank wanted service charge. I never thought that the bank would charge ,because it was the money for the disaster area of the earthquarker. I could tell that everone present who has decided to donate was not so happy as they expected. We didn't care the amount of money the bank charged,but we really wondered at that time ICBC did't forget to make profit.
Nevertheless, the more annoying thing was the efficiency of dealing with donation in ICBC. The rate of the staff''s typing was really low. Beyond overstatement, it cost them nearly 20 minutes to deal with one donation on average. How valuable time was for action of rescue, howere, the staff still typed the computer with her one finger.
Only one of the four windows was for the business of donation, another two were for nomal business ,the last one actully was for nothing, as the woman sat in the forth window did nothing except dazing.
When I was waiting for my turn, the lady behind me told that before coming into this branch bank, she had been another one, but that one told her that it didn't deal the business of donation ,so she had to came here over a long distance, it cost her much trouble. I just wonder why the donation was so troublesome,why our goodwill turned out an anger.
We really hoped that we could do something helpful for the victims of the earthquarker, but the ICBC made us disappointed and our goodwill something meaningless. |

do not overstate your anger. Your sincerity of helping those in the disater-stricken areas will bring them warmth any way.
