Typhoon Sarah hits Southeast Blue and parts of Red

Flash flooding sweeps through inland areas in nearly ever places in the Green and Yellow.
The typhoon killed at least 35 people in Green.
Fishing boats in northern Red have been ordered to return to ports as the storm approaches.
Typhoon Sarah brought heavy rain and strong winds to the island of Pink and Gray province in southern Red.
About 108,000 homes were evacuated on the southern island of pink. Typhoon Sarah threatened to cause landslides.
Local authorities in Pink, Gray and Orange called boats back to port, suspended flights and ferry services, and closed schools.
All flights and high-speed railway services to the resort city of Sanian in Pink were canceled. Airports in Halo canceled 65 flights.
