     The number 14th severe Typhoon Huanggua pounded the east Yangping with winds, rain surge , people in yangping were bracing for its hit.
     Typhoon Huanggua is forecast to roar around estern sea of Yangping. It has gained the force with top of 50mps , 8 level gale, which is predicted to come up land on 24 th.
    Yangping meteorological bureau has adopted measure to prevent the severe Typhoon Huanggua in terms of the latest condition. also,NSFCDRHC and drought relief heasdquater has responded to it.
   In order to answer for the conduction of the center government, government institution at various level ensure all related people safety, one matters that every boast must not be off the harbor, another matters that every fisherman must be on the shore.
   As for 25 th, all 5000 boats sheltered in harbor , and 14563 crew have been on the port, one dead.
